Enrolment Process - International Students

Step 1

Please order and download our info pack including all admission related documents here:
Brochure Request

Send in your completed and signed Application Form by email or post. Please send your documents to the campus you wish to apply along with all supporting documents.

Step 2

SAE Institute will assess the application to check that all entry requirements and where applicable course pre-requisites are met.

Step 3

If you have met all entry requirements SAE Institute will send you a Letter of Offer including a Student Admission Agreement that outlines all course information and costs of the course you applied for. Please sign the Student Admission Agreement as your acceptance of the course offered.

Step 4

Once SAE Institute has received the signed student Admission Agreement SAE Institute will send you your Confirmation of Enrolment and a detailed Payment Schedule for your course. Your are now ready to commence your studies on the commencement date.

Step 5

If you are an International applicant you will also receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) issued by SAE Institute via the Australian Government. This document will assist International applicants to finalise their student visa application.

Step 6

Some campuses run a short Admission or Check-In process a few days before the course commencement date. Information regarding Admission will be sent to you closer to your course
commencement date by email or post.

International Agents

SAE has registered international agent around the globe to assist international students in applying to SAE Institutes and securing a student visa. Their main roles are to provide information about our programs and assist students in making the right choices for education. Most agents can assist with completing the SAE application process, visa application process and help plan for travel and accommodation arrangements.

Check with your agent to find out if they have a current agreement with SAE or contact SAE for more information.
